1. Introduction and Acceptance

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

A bet is considered valid only when it has been successfully confirmed in the system and the amount has been deducted from the balance. For bets that remain unconfirmed due to technical errors, b7bd's decision is final.

5.2 Cancellations and Refunds

If an event is cancelled or postponed, the original bet amount is generally refunded. Specific rules apply for live betting events that have already started.

5.3 Technical Errors
